Our 42 kilometer option is the classic “ski marathon.” Starting up near Two Harbors, Minnesota, this race takes you along the beautiful Scenic Highway on a smooth, closed course road. As you get closer to Duluth, the landscape becomes more residential and the fans on the side of the road become more plentiful. As you get to the famous I-35 tunnels, you experience what it is like to rollerski on a major highway. From there, it is a quick sprint to the finish with an outstanding view of the Aerial Lift Bridge. Click the button below for more information!
The 21 kilometer option is brand new as of 2019. This race is best suited for younger rollerskiers or skiers who are not quite ready for a full marathon yet. This race starts at the halfway mark of the 42k option, but still has the same charm. Racers still get to ski on the famous Scenic Highway and I-35 tunnels. The finish line is the same as the 42k, with amazing views of the Aerial Lift Bridge that Duluth is so famous for. Click the button below for more information!
